Our Process for the Client:
1: Initial Consultation:
Once we have heard from you that you would like to learn more about a services, one of our principals will be in contact within one business day to schedule your consultation. We will provide an Initial consultation to fully understand your family’s needs. Feel free to complete this simple form or we can discuss your needs in our consultation.
2. Source candidates and schedule interviews:
We have a pool of pre-screened, highly-qualified caregivers that we have thoroughly vetted. After learning about your unique family needs, we will schedule interviews with caregivers who we believe will be the best match. We are happy to provide interview guidelines to make the process easy and quick.
3. Your Final Match
You will have conducted your interviews and made the decision of your partner for your family’s needs. Our services include advice on offers, contracts and long-term relationship details. Our ultimate goal is the successful long-term relationship between you and the caregiver.

FAQs
Am I the employer?
Yes, you are employing your caregiver for your family. We will match you with the ideal candidate and you take it from there.
Will the caregivers be COVID-safe?
All of our caregivers will be fully screened and vetted to our standards. Covid protocol is something that is important to us. You can share your ideal safety measures and we will match them with your caregiver.
Do I have to deal with taxes?
It is up to each client and their caregiver to determine if they want to provide a W2 or 1099 for the IRS.
How does pricing work?
Our pricing is simple. We take a retainer at our initial consultation that will be applied to your referral fee. Once the ideal caregiver is placed successfully, we will invoice you for the remainder of the referral cost. Moving forward, you pay your caregiver directly their hourly wages.
